Rowdy Korean kids learning the ways of sitting & browsing already early in their lives. It's already so late, so the kids aren't running around at this time. But they are still active. I was thinking about buying a Hangul book meant for little kids. I wonder what the literacy rate of Koreans is; probably close to that of Japan because Hangul is also a very good system.
